There's a few odd sounds, and a second of flickering black and white before the video becomes stable, showing the interior of the Violet Pokémon Center. [There's something odd happening on Phoenix's end of the Pokegear. Not only is the video function switching between on and off, but you can clearly hear what sounds like...arguing. And rather one-sided arguing, at that.]
